Do you feel overwhelmed or alone as you lead?

Day 1 of the conference will offer stories, panel discussions, and conversations that will invite you into looking at root causes of these most common leadership struggles and offer ways to persevere and grow as a leader. A primary focus will be leading out of our weakness. There will be further offerings around developing new leaders and discipling the leaders of the church community.

Do you feel ill-equipped to offer deep discipleship in your church community?

Day 2 of the conference will offer specific tools and practices that provide opportunities for pastors and leaders to confidently invite people to consider their behaviors, the impact of their sin, and how to lay hold of the gospel as they work through the suffering, struggle, and pain of life. We will focus on time proven ways of inviting people into deeper intimacy with God and with each other. There will be opportunity to not just hear and observe, but to experience the deep discipleship process.

Does your church community feel disconnected?

Day 3 (morning) will focus on creating and maintaining a richer and more connected community that includes eating together, praying as a community, and helping people pastor each other. There will be a particular emphasis on creativity and creating a willing volunteer culture. There will be offerings and discussions around training children’s workers, raising up and training musicians, producing community specific materials, and inviting people to offer what they’ve been given in the community.
